Signing In to Your Account
How to securely access your existing UTurn profile and understand our single-device session framework.
Accessing your existing UTurn profile is straightforward, but our network enforces strict active session boundaries to ensure your encrypted identity remains completely under your control.
The Authentication Process
If you are a returning user or are setting up the app on a new device, you can access your profile directly from the initial launch landing screen:
- Launch the application to open the main landing window.
- Tap the Sign In button.
- Enter the verified Email Address associated with your profile.
- Type your secure Password into the input field.
Once your credentials are verified, the network will instantly authenticate your app client and take you straight through to your messaging dashboard.
Strict Single-Device Policy
To protect your privacy and ensure the absolute integrity of your communications, UTurn enforces a strict Single-Device Active Session model. Your account can only be active on one physical device at any given time.
Important Note: Logging into your UTurn account from a new device will immediately invalidate and automatically log out any established session on your previous device.
If you migrate to a new phone and log in, your old phone will be signed out instantly. This design ensures that your unique cryptographic profile never runs in parallel across multiple endpoints.a
