Managing Your Connect Profile

The optional Connect feature uses an entirely separate profile from your main account. This design ensures that your unique 11-digit UTurn Number remains completely hidden from public view.

To configure or update your public-facing details, navigate to the Settings tab on the bottom menu bar and tap Connect Profile.

Uploading Profile Photos

Your public photos are visible to others when your proximity visibility is active.

• Photo Requirements: You must upload a minimum of 2 photos, and the system allows a maximum of 10 photos. For community transparency and real-world recognition, your face must be clearly visible in all uploaded images.
• Adding Images: Tap the photo section to open the media options. You can capture a new image using your device Camera or select one from your local Gallery. Tap Save to upload the asset.
• Editing & Deleting: You can modify or remove individual photos from your gallery sequence at any time, provided your profile maintains the required minimum layout of 2 photos.

Changing Your Nickname

Your Connect nickname is the primary display handle seen by other users. You can cycle or alter this name whenever you choose.

1. From the Connect Profile menu, tap Nickname.
2. Type your preferred alias into the input text box.
3. Tap Save to update your display handle.

Updating Your Introduction

The introduction field is a custom text block where you can write a brief message or description about yourself.

1. From the Connect Profile menu, tap Introduce yourself.
2. Type or edit your text description directly within the provided input box.
3. Tap Save to apply the text.

Verifying Date of Birth and Age

Your exact date of birth is locked directly to the parameters you provided during your account registration process and cannot be changed.

• Visibility: Your exact date, month, and year of birth are never exposed to other users.
• Display Metric: The system utilizes your birth date strictly to calculate and display your current age numerically on your public profile.

Verifying Your Gender Designation

Your gender selection is locked to the immutable parameter chosen during your initial account registration and cannot be modified.

• Visibility: Your gender profile designation is visible to you on this screen and is displayed publicly to other users who view your profile to ensure real-world clarity and transparency.
